Delivery & pickup$25 delivery and $25 pickup within the standard service area. Extra-distance service is quoted before booking.
Late returns$10 per day, per order, after the scheduled pickup date.
Missing or damaged totes$35 for each missing or irreparably damaged tote.
Excessive cleaning$10 per tote when extra cleaning is required.
Missed appointments$25 redelivery or rescheduling fee for missed appointments or changes under 24 hours.
Customer responsibilityTotes remain the customer’s responsibility until pickup. Applicable taxes may be added.

We serve Colorado County, Austin County, and surrounding areas. Longer-distance deliveries may include an additional quoted charge.
Are the totes cleaned?
Yes. Totes are cleaned and sanitized between customers so they arrive ready to pack.
When do I pay?
We confirm availability, service address, dates, fees, and payment details after receiving your reservation request.
What if a tote is lost or damaged?
A $35 replacement fee applies to each missing or irreparably damaged tote.
